The Live page is accessed by clicking Live in the top menu.
By default, you’ll see the All Cameras view. Use the dropdown menu to filter which cameras appear, or create custom views to arrange cameras to your preference.
Padlock icon (top-left) Indicates the arming status of the camera’s associated Edge Controller. A red padlock means the Edge Controller is in an active alarm state.
Recordings button (top-right) Takes you to the camera’s Recordings page.
Camera name (bottom-left) Displays each camera’s name, editable on the Camera settings page.
PTZ controls (bottom-right, if supported) Allows you to move the camera. The magnifying glass icons let you zoom in, zoom out, and reset the zoom level.
Audio If the camera supports audio, the speaker icon lets you listen to the live feed.
PTZ presets The drawing pin icon lets you move the camera to a preset position.
Full-screen mode
Click the [ ]
icon to maximise the camera view.
Click the cog icon to open the actions menu:
Live talk down Make an audio announcement through the Edge Controller’s speaker.
Quick sounds Play a pre-recorded audio clip through the Edge Controller’s speaker.
Floodlights and strobe light Control these accessories from the menu. When activated, an indicator in the top-right shows that they are enabled. You can hover over the indicator to see how long they will remain on.
Alarm armed toggle Arm or disarm the Edge Controller associated with the camera.
Video quality Switch between high definition (HD) and standard definition (SD). If the camera supports thermal or radar streams, these options will also appear. If your internet connection is slow, you can switch back to SD.
Reset camera If a camera fails to load, click Reset camera to refresh the stream.
If you have a thermal camera, you can preview its thermal stream by selecting Thermal in the actions menu.
