White label

It is possible to white label the Giraffe Cloud under your own brand.

Required graphic assets

Logo

We require a logo in SVG format. The logo must be suitable for displaying on a white background.

We recommend supplying a logo that has a transparent background rather than a solid colour.

Background image

You can optionally supply a background image for the login page. This must be a WEBP format image at least 1920x1080 pixels.

You must also supply a 'low quality' version of the background image. This will be shown first if the user is on a slow internet connection.

Subdomain

You will need to chose a subdomain such as mycompany.onvp.io

• It is not possible to change the .onvp.io part of the URL.

• It is not possible to CNAME the subdomain.

• You can setup a redirect from an existing URL (for instance, redirect app.mycompany.com -> mycompany.onvp.io).
