Your account is your personal identity in Giraffe Cloud. Each person has a single account, even if you belong to multiple teams. An account should always remain personal to one individual and must never be shared.
To manage your account, click on your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
From this menu, you can also log out of Giraffe Cloud.
On the General tab, you can update your name, phone number, and email address. If you change your email address or phone number, you will be prompted to verify them.
Your phone number is required for two-factor authentication (2FA).
On the Password tab, you can create a new password. It is important to choose a strong, unique password. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account, requiring both your password and access to a registered mobile device.
Currently, Giraffe Cloud supports SMS-based 2FA. To configure 2FA, first verify your phone number on the General tab. Once your number is verified, enable 2FA. You will then be asked for a verification code the next time you log in.
Google / GSuite: If you have a Google or GSuite account, you can enable Google sign-on. Your Giraffe Cloud email address must match your Google or GSuite email address.
Microsoft / Office365: If you use Microsoft or Office365, please contact Giraffe support to enable single sign-on for your account.
