The live view page is accessed from the Live button in the top menu.
By default, the All Cameras view will be shown. You can filter the cameras shown using the dropdown menu
You can also create custom views if you want to arrange the cameras yourself.
The padlock icon in the top left corner indicates the arming status of the Edge Controller to which the camera belongs. If the padlock is red, it means the Edge Controlled is in an active alarm state.
The Recordings button in the top right will take you through to the cameras recording page.
The camera's name is displayed in the bottom left hand corner. This can be edited on the Camera Settings page.
If the camera supports PTZ, the controls to move the camera will show in the bottom right. The magnifying glasses allow you to zoom in, zoom out and reset the zoom level.
The speaker icon allows you to listen to the audio from the camera if it supports audio.
The drawing pin allows you to move the camera to a PTZ preset.
You can take the camera full screen with the [ ]
button.
By clicking on the cog icon, the action menu will open.
You can make an audio announcement to the Edge Controller's speaker with the Live Talkdown feature.
With Quick Sounds you can play a prerecorded audio announcement.
The Alarm Armed toggle lets you arm or disarm the camera's Edge Controller.
Quality lets you switch between the high definition (HD) stream, and the standard definition (SD) stream. If the camera has a thermal or radar stream, this will also show up here as an option. By default, when you take the camera full screen, it will automatically change into HD. If the internet is quite slow, you may need to change it back to SD again.
If the camera fails to load, you can try pressing Reset Camera to reset the stream.
If you have a thermal camera, you can preview the thermal stream using the Thermal button in the menu:
You can control the Floodlights and Strobe Light. When these accessories are active, an indicator will show in the top right with the remaining duration before it switches off again
